DFC System (New Release !)
Euro Air new product release for 2010 DFC (Directionnal Flow Control). The DFC system is designed with laser cut holes in combination with flow controlling direction baffles that reduce the air going along the fabric ducts (textile air ducts, air socks, air sox, duct sox) and ensure 100 % uniform air distribution in HVAC systems. The air streams coming out of the special designed holes are therefore corrected by the direction baffles and remain perpendicular to the fabric duct. DFC is Patent Pending. Read More >>> |

The low impulse duct is extremely well suited for cooling applications using the displacement principle. By virtue of fabric ducts (textile air ducts, air socks, air sox, duct sox) large surface area in comparison with the volume of supply air we can ensure extremely low exit velocities through the air duct. This is possible because the supply air permeates equally through the entire circumference of the textile air duct all along its length. |

With different material permeability and slot widths from 2-30 mm we can offer a wide variety of HVAC solutions. For cooling applications we can produce slot diffusers where the slots are placed above the centerline of the fabric air duct spreading the cold air over a larger area in the room. For heating the diffusers are orientated downwards. |

Inject ducts are very well adapted to industrial applications and dirty or dusty environments. They have a high resistance against dust, fumes and general heavy processes. The inject fabric duct (textile air ducts, air socks, air sox, duct sox) is made using an airtight material so there is no in dust accumulation. This limits the need for maintenance & reduces cleaning requirements to a simple wipe down of the inner & outer surfaces. |

Nozzle ducts can be applied to a wide range of HVAC applications. A system design with lots of nozzles installed per running meter makes it possible to throw the supply air a considerable distance, heating rooms with a high ceiling for example. With this type of fabric duct (textile air ducts, air socks, air sox, duct sox) we normally select a low permeability so that the majority of the supply air exits through the nozzles & reaches the occupied zone. |
